Thomas A. DuBois was a SCAS Fellow in the spring of 2017. During his time in
residence, he finalized the work on this book.

Margaret Gilbert was in residence at SCAS in the spring of 2004.

Hans Joas is a SCAS Non-resident Long-term Fellow. On several occasions, he has
also been in residence at the Collegium, namely in the spring of 1992, the academic
years 1999- 2000 and 2004-05, and in the spring of 2010.
