Last week, Ash Amin, Anders Ekström and Folke Tersman participated in a joint public seminar on democracy, Demokratins reträtt - och dess nödvändiga förnyelse, organized by ABF and the Institute for Futures Studies (IFFS) in Stockholm. Ash Amin (Emeritus 1931 Chair of Geography, University of Cambridge) was a Fellow in residence at SCAS in the spring semesters of 1999 and 2011. He is currently a member of the Collegium's Academic Senate.

Anders Ekström (Professor of History of Science and Ideas, Uppsala University) is currently a Research Director at SCAS. He was a Fellow in residence in the spring of 1999.

Folke Tersman (Professor of Practical Philosophy, Uppsala University & Deputy Director, IFFS) was a Fellow at the Collegium in the autumn of 2008.
