GLOBAL FORESIGHT
“Global Foresight: Anticipatory Governance and the Making of Geo-cultural Scenarios” investigates how global
foresight organizations attempt to anticipate the future, how scenario models are produced, and what they
tell
us about proposed solutions for tackling urgent global challenges.
This project is based at the Swedish Collegium for Advanced Study (SCAS) in Uppsala.
The project is funded by an external grant from
Riksbankens Jubileumsfond, the Swedish Founda-
tion
for Humanities and Social Sciences and was
awarded
a five-year grant in the
2015 jubilee call
for proposals
on New Horizons for Humanities
and Social Sciences
