Network Collaboration with Matariki Universities

Together with three other institutes within the Matariki Network of Universities, SCAS can offer visiting scholars traveling between Matariki partners a place within its academic community. The Institute of Advanced Study External link, opens in new window. at Durham University, the Swedish Collegium for Advanced Study External link., Uppsala, the College of Fellows External link, opens in new window., University of Tübingen, and the Institute of Advanced Study External link, opens in new window., University of Western Australia have joined the network as nodes of scholarly exchange.

During their tenure as Matariki Fellows, scholars can join the communities in these institutes, and engage with a wide range of international visiting researchers and take part in seminars, workshops and other activites. Support for travel, accommodation and other expenses is administered by the Matariki Network and not by SCAS.
