SCAS Fellow Gustaf Arrhenius Has Been Appointed Director of the Institute for Futures Studies
Today it was announced that SCAS Fellow Gustaf Arrhenius has been appointed the new Director of the
Institute for Futures Studies in Stockholm. He will take office on 1 November 2014.
Arrhenius is Professor of Practical Philosophy at Stockholm University and one of the key scholars involved
in the Franco-Swedish Programme in Economics and Philosophy at SCAS. He has previously been Torgny Segerstedt
Pro Futura Scientia Fellow at SCAS. Arrhenius is in residence at the Collegium during the autumn of 2014.
